What You'll Be Doing Marketing & Outreach :

Represent LA Fitness in the community by meeting people outside the gym, running tables at events, and going business-to-business to spread the word.

Phone Work :

Connect with potential members by making about 60 calls per day to share opportunities and invite them in.

Result-Based Tours :

Guide prospects through the gym, painting a clear picture of how they'll achieve their fitness goals with us.

Sales Training :

Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your earning potential.

Pilates Demo Sessions :

Offer engaging Pilates demonstrations and fitness solutions tailored to the challenges you uncover during conversations.

Relationship Building :

Create lasting connections with members by supporting their fitness journey and celebrating their progress.
