Scheduled Weekly Hours:
8 Emplify Health is hiring a Community Link Specialist to help engage and bring in top talent. This role serves as a valuable resource for candidates and their families; offering personalized tours, local insights, and ongoing support to help them build connections and feel at home in the community. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to stay involved with the community without working a full-time schedule.
What you will do:
Serve as the main contact for candidates and new hires considering relocation, providing personalized tours, community resources, and relocation support Build and maintain relationships with local partners in housing, education, childcare, recreation, civic groups, nonprofits, and other community organizations Track acceptance and retention data to guide program improvements What you will get: Starting wage of $25.95/hour + more for relatable experience Work 16 hours per pay period with a flexible schedule Close partnership with Talent Acquisition and Clinician Recruitment Growth opportunities and access to Gundersen's Career Development Center to help you navigate your career This position is not benefit eligible Please note: We will be hiring individuals who reside within a reasonable commuting distance of either Green Bay or La Crosse, WI and are familiar with one of those communities and comfortable giving tours.
What you will need:
