We're looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Community & Events Coordinator to help grow our national community network and support the operational heartbeat of the brand. About LRX LRX ("Live Prescribed") is a premium activewear brand rooted in community, discipline, and purpose. Alongside LRX, our custom apparel division, LRX Custom, supports gyms, fitness events, and organizations with custom merchandise and apparel solutions. Together, both companies work to expand our impact in the fitness space through authentic relationships and high-level execution. Position Overview The Community & Events Coordinator plays a key leadership role within the LRX Community Network Program. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for coordinating events, managing community relationships, supporting Community Directors nationwide, and ensuring seamless operational execution behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about fitness, community, and brand growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & Event Coordination Research and secure opportunities for pop-ups, partnerships, and custom apparel collaborations Conduct outreach to gyms, events, and partners via email and Instagram Coordinate logistics for events including travel, lodging, vendor fees, and event materials Support and oversee in-kind sponsorships and partnership activations Follow up with gyms, partners, and event organizers after activations Represent LRX at events, competitions, and community activations when needed Meet weekly with the CEO to review progress, priorities, and strategy Operational Coordination & Reporting Prepare and order event supplies and marketing materials Organize inventory transfers and event needs through Monday.com Track sales performance from events and pop-ups Maintain records of outreach, apparel leads, and partnership opportunities Submit expense reports and assist with teammate payouts Help improve internal systems and operational workflows Leadership & Team Support Assist with onboarding and training new Community Directors Support ongoing communication and systems training across the team Help recruit Community Directors and event staff through outreach and hiring support Create and manage Eventbrite pages for Sweat Club and community activations Host recurring check-ins with Community Directors and teammates Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects at once Experience in events, community management, marketing, or operations preferred Passion for fitness, active lifestyle, and community-driven brands Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, Eventbrite, Google Workspace, Instagram, and Canva is a plus Ability to travel for events as needed What We Value At LRX, we build everything around our core values: Live Your Life With Purpose Build a Growing Community Find Balance in the Way You Train, Live & Rest The Constant Pursuit of Progress Humility is in the Quiet Work Find Yourself By Losing Yourself in Service to Others Resilience is Rising Every Time We Fall Why Join LRX?
