Job Description All Saints is a parish of loving and welcoming people who seek their next Rector. Our core values are service, reverence, community, and nurturing. Our next Rector will have three top priorities: (1) developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to reach new people and integrate them into the life of the church; (2) cultivating the spiritual generosity of the people to support the ministry of the church; and (3) fostering opportunities to build meaningful relationships in the community. We are looking for an energetic pastor, priest, and teacher, as well as an administrator who is familiar with the operational aspects of a Church. We would appreciate someone who understands the diversity of thought within a parish, can honor the traditions of the congregation, and can address stress or conflict in healthy ways.
