Full Job Description Description:
The Kids Elementary Coordinator works to create safe, engaging, spiritually impactful and enjoyable experiences for kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade, under the direction of the Kids Pastor. Primary Responsibilities Ensure all Elementary environments are prepared and ready for Thursday and Sunday services. Organize and edit curriculum and all necessary supplies for Kindergarten through 5th grade (K-5th) Provide training for Difference Makers on K-5th classroom areas Organize supplies and set K-5th rooms for Thursday and Sunday use Assist with Kids Live facilitation Coordinate with Kids Team for Kids Events Organize and facilitate Large Group Hosts or storytellers and supplies Teach in large or small groups as needed Assist with communication to parents regarding curriculum, events, milestones, and ministry opportunities. Other Duties Attend weekly 1:1, team and staff meetings Adhere to all church policies and procedures Perform administrative tasks as assigned including but not limited to: PCO Database tasks such as room reservations, registration setup, profile management, etc. Submitting internal ministry requests such as Communications, FMX Maintenance, etc. Assisting with purchase orders and check requests Work during Kids Events and Camps Work assigned duties during "All Hands On Deck" events such as Christmas and Easter services Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Active Difference Maker at Pantano Christian Church Experience teaching in large and small group settings Experience with Kids Ministry or Education Excellent verbal and written communication skills Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email and calendar tools Ability to work productively without direct supervision Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff Experience with ProPresenter a plus Experience with Mac and macOS a plus Experience with Google Drive a plus Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel a plus Experience with "Orange" curriculum a plus Experience with PCO or other database software a plus
