As Director, you will also assist the parish in fostering a unified culture of hospitality, engagement, and missionary outreach consistent with the Rebuilt Parish renewal process. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where faith, learning, and service intersect, empowering others to deepen their spiritual journeys. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the spiritual life of our congregation while collaborating with dedicated staff, volunteers, and community partners. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and two references to Jeanne Sentman, Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Faith Formation (Gr K - 12) and Sacramental Preparation (infants - adults) Coordinate all aspects of parish Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation Recruit, train and supervise catechists for Faith Formation, Baptismal Preparation, First Communion, Confirmation and OCIA Maintain compliance with Archdiocesan Safe Environment policies Keep records up to date (parish registers, registration, budget, calendar, etc.) Communicate necessary/relevant information to parish staff, leadership and participants Review curriculum materials and maintain compliance with Archdiocesan requirements Work in partnership with the parish school and Notre Dame Elementary for First Communion and Confirmation preparation. Parish Collaborate with the Pastor, parish staff and parish Rebuilt team to foster a unified culture of hospitality, engagement, and missionary outreach consistent with Rebuilt Parish anchors Contribute to ongoing parish renewal efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen pathways of discipleship and encourage active participation in parish life for Faith Formation participants Qualifications Fully initiated, practicing Catholic with a desire to serve in a parish committed to renewal, evangelization, and discipleship Demonstrated ability to lead, form, and support catechists and volunteers Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clergy, staff, and parish leadership Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Flocknote, Canva, and Google Suite preferred Experience Three to five years of experience in faith formation or a related field Education/Certifications Master's degree in religious education or related field, OR Bachelor's degree with graduate-level coursework in catechetics/theology Current Basic Catechist Certification. Master Catechist Certification preferred
