This person partners closely with the CF Kids Pastor to equip volunteers, communicate effectively with families, coordinate events and programs, and ensure ministry systems run smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about creating environments where kids, families, and volunteers can experience the love of Jesus and grow in their faith.

Livermore Kids Pastor Leadership & Development Meet weekly with the CF Kids Pastor for planning, collaboration, support, and accountability. Assist with the volunteer onboarding process, helping people find meaningful serving opportunities and ensuring a smooth start through training resources, badge creation, and related administrative support. Equip, care for, and support volunteers as they serve. Attend and engage in all Livermore Staff meetings and CF Staff meetings. Actively participate in and contribute to a Neighborhood Church community through regular attendance, meaningful relationships, spiritual engagement, and serving in ways that support the life and mission of the church. Communication Manage and distribute CF Kids communications to parents, volunteers, and children through appropriate ministry channels. Coordinate with the CF Communications Team for all print, digital, and website resources. Manage and maintain Mailchimp and Cornerstone Central as primary communication and engagement platforms. Oversee the CF Kids contribution to the CF LV social media platforms. Help coordinate follow-up with new families through an effective guest process that helps them feel seen, welcomed, and connected. Operational Support Work with other ministries such as Finance, Production, and IT as needed to accomplish CF Kids goals and objectives. Oversee CF Kids storage spaces as well as supplies and supply levels. Manage the acquisition and organization of digital ministry resources from curriculum and ministry partners. Coordinate logistics and administrative support for ministry team meetings as needed. Manage the CF Kids Central database, including check-in processes, form creation, reporting, and data integrity. Partner with the LV Facilities Team and LV Campus Pastor to make sure all CF Kids rooms are safe, clean, and support ministry needs, including the submission of maintenance requests as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party facility users, communicating classroom expectations, addressing facility concerns, and documenting and reporting any damages or issues that arise. Events & Programs Support the planning and execution of CF Kids Small Group sessions through preparation, logistics, and administrative coordination. Support all aspects of VBS planning and execution, including supplies, volunteer structure, décor, setup, logistics, and event operations. Evaluate events and programs, along with the CF Kids Pastor, providing feedback and recommendations to strengthen future ministry experiences. Manage purchasing and supply procurement for CF Kids events and programs. Coordinate registration, administrative details, and hospitality for special events, trips, and ministry programs.
