Job Description

Opening:
Director of Family Faith Formation Parish/School:
Basilica of St.
Joseph Proto-Cathedral Description:
The Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral parish, in beautiful historic Bardstown KY, is seeking a faith-filled, creative and energetic individual to serve as a full-time Director of Family Faith Formation. Responsibilities include directing all parish religious education activities, including OCIA programming, sacrament preparation programming, and collaborating with both the school staff and parish staff to integrate religious formation with the overall life and mission of the parish.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Catholic Catechism and formation. Candidates must be a fully initiated practicing Roman Catholic. Prefer candidates with an academic degree in a related field.
