Full Time (40 hrs/wk; Including 4 hours assisting Children's ministry on Sunday)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The 412 Movement Coordinator (YTH + YA) is responsible for building and maintaining the operational backbone of both the 412 Youth Movement and 412 Young Adults. This role ensures alignment, execution, and communication across both ministries so that the movement scales with clarity and excellence. Oversee operational flow for both 412 Youth and 412 Young Adults Ensure alignment between youth pipeline and young adult development Support events, gatherings, and systems across both environments Help create a seamless transition from Youth to Young Adult engagement

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management (YTH + YA) Coordinate weekly gatherings for both Youth and Young Adults Manage event logistics across both ministries Ensure planning calendars are aligned & prevent scheduling conflicts People and Engagement Systems Track attendance across both Youth and Young Adults Follow-up with new students and young adults Maintain communication with parents (Youth) and individuals (YA) Identify engagement gaps and reconnect individuals Communications Management Manage consistent communication for leaders, parents, and young adults Ensure clarity across both ministries Send weekly updates and reminders Executive Support (Calendar & Email) Manage leader's calendar across Youth and Young Adult responsibilities Schedule meetings, prep me, and events Manage inbox and prioritize communication Church Responsibilities Attend weekly staff meetings, departmental meetings or committee meetings upon request.
