LTOTS Assistant Director - Rio Rancho (Part Time) Legacy Church - 4.3 Albuquerque, NM Job Details Part-time 17 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Part-Time LTOTS Assistant Director - Rio Rancho Campus Employee acknowledges that, due to Legacy Church's Statement of Faith—based on Holy Scripture and the Church's ongoing moral teachings—the employee's services contain an intrinsic and inherent ministerial component, regardless of licensure or ordination status. Employee understands and agrees that all staff are expected to conduct themselves in alignment with this Statement of Faith, as outlined in the Legacy Church Employee Handbook. General Duties Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure with sound decision-making. Passionately teach children the love of God and support discipleship of others in doing the same. Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and children within the campus children's ministry areas. Support campus stewardship by helping maintain clean, safe grounds, including trash and weed removal as needed. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Legacy Church Employee Handbook. Primary Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and children in the LTOTS ministry. Execute programming provided by Central Campus and partner with volunteers to ensure a safe, welcoming environment where children can encounter God. Recruit, build, and manage volunteer teams within the LTOTS ministry. Prepare classroom lessons and coordinate volunteer scheduling for children's ministry environments. Perform other duties as assigned. Uphold our core values Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity required. Position involves handling objects up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for more than four (4) hours per day, including stair use. Work is performed in both office settings and ministry environments, including classroom setup and support during services. Education and Experience High school diploma required; college degree preferred and considered an advantage. Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and general office systems. Familiarity with standard office equipment. Knowledge of children ages 5-12 and child development principles preferred. Basic understanding of office management principles and practices.
