Job Description St. Paul's is an engaged urban parish in Salt Lake City seeking a rector who will help us deepen our spiritual life, expand our ministry, and equip our people for bold and compassionate service. Founded in 1878, we are one of the oldest Episcopal congregations in the intermountain west and one of the liveliest. During our recent rector transition, our Sunday attendance and pledges both increased, a testament to lay leadership that is energized, diverse, and ready to grow. Our vision is to help those in need, promote justice and love, be a voice for those who have none, and provide physical and spiritual space to know and worship God. We seek a rector to guide and inspire us in mutual ministry. We are looking for someone who will connect worship, formation, and daily life, nurture our strong lay leadership, and lead us into a creative and hopeful next chapter. We want all in our midst to be seen, welcomed, and loved and we are ready for a rector who will help us carry that conviction beyond our walls and into the world.
