Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator- F.E. Warren AFB

Core Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator to support the Catholic Chapel program at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive religious education program for youth and adults in accordance with Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) and Air Force Chaplain Corps requirements. This position plays a key role in supporting military families by delivering a structured, faith-based program that includes sacramental preparation, volunteer coordination, and community engagement.

Contract / Part-Time (Approximately 25 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Catholic Religious Education (RE) program for youth and adults. Plan and conduct religious education classes, sacramental preparation, and special events. Recruit, train, and supervise catechists and RE volunteers. Maintain student enrollment, attendance records, and program documentation. Ensure volunteers complete required orientation, training, and background checks. Select and coordinate religious education curriculum with chapel leadership. Prepare program publicity and communications for chapel publications. Attend chapel staff meetings and Catholic Community Advisory Council meetings. Coordinate facility reservations and ensure classrooms are prepared and secured. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). At least two years of experience with Catholic programs or religious education. Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) certification or valid Catechist Certificate. Experience working with volunteer-based ministry or educational programs. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software. Professional Attributes Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual. Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with chapel staff and parishioners. Professional conduct and decorum at all times.
