Oversee insurance verification and pre-certifications. Analyze referral data to identify growth opportunities. Support training and development of admissions team members. Educate the admissions liaison staff on the referral development and admissions process. Understand healthcare operations, legal guidelines, competitive analysis, and market place trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Current driver's license in state employed and acceptable driving record. Current state professional license preferred. CRRN preferred. 3-5 years of healthcare liaison or clinical experience. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems. Familiarity with acute hospital, rehab hospitals, and local healthcare market preferred.
