This role is responsible for building relationships, conducting outreach, and guiding prospective students from initial interest through enrollment. The position is field-based, with the majority of time spent visiting high schools, attending recruitment events, and engaging students and families within an assigned territory. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Student Engagement & Outreach Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families throughout the admissions process Conduct outreach via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings to engage prospective students Represent the institution at high schools, career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners Admissions & Enrollment Support Support prospective students in making informed decisions about their education and career pathways Manage a pipeline of prospective students from initial contact through enrollment Use a consultative approach to understand individual student needs, interests, and motivations Accurately and compliantly present program offerings, campus features, and career outcomes Conduct all admissions activities with the highest integrity, adhering to state, federal, and company policies Performance & Outcomes Consistently achieve recruitment and enrollment targets Track and report on prospective student engagement and enrollment outcomes Forecast incoming students to support class capacity and planning needs Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system Collaboration & Student Success Work closely with admissions teammates and internal departments to ensure a positive student experience Participate in follow-up activities with prospective and enrolled students as appropriate Attend required events, including orientations and semi annual graduation ceremonies ________________________________________ Travel & Schedule Expectations This is a field-based role requiring approximately 60-90% local and regional travel Evening and occasional weekend work may be required based on school schedules and recruitment events Representatives must be comfortable managing a flexible schedule and multiple student relationships simultaneously ________________________________________ Expected Experience & Background 1-3 years of experience in admissions, higher education, student services, recruitment, or a similarly goal-driven, relationship-focused role Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining a personalized, student-centered approach Experience working toward measurable performance goals (e.g., enrollment, retention, engagement, or service outcomes) Strong communication skills, including the ability to guide individuals through complex decisions Experience using CRM systems or related tools to track interactions and progress is preferred ________________________________________ Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes Ability to manage multiple prospective student relationships simultaneously Effective communicator with a student-centered mindset Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a travel heavy role ________________________________________ Why Should You Apply?
