Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a Associates degree and enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, bachelor's degree preferred not required.
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in the designated field
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills, and ability to work well with others
  • Must be detail and goal oriented
  • Must be able to work with a diverse employee population
  • Travel, valid driver's license, and access to vehicle is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fundamental Responsibilities:
Interview and Evaluate Applicants:
Conduct interviews and tours to assess prospective students' needs, interests, qualifications, and motivations, ensuring alignment with school policies and regulations. Represent the

Provide accurate and ethical information about programs, tuition, and policies to prospective students, enrolled students, the business community, and high school officials. Guide the
Admissions Process:
Assist prospective students in completing their applications efficiently, verify admission criteria, and help finalize enrollment and start dates. Connect Students to
Resources:
Refer students to financial aid and VA services as appropriate.
Maintain Relationships:
Consistently communicate with prospective and enrolled students, and engage with the business and high school communities.
Campus Engagement:
Represent the school at open houses and recruitment events, attend student orientations and graduations, and participate in campus meetings and in-services.
Foster Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with campus employees and management, and work effectively with other departments.
Uphold Professionalism:
Maintain a professional image, attitude, and work area, embodying the Institute's mission and vision.
Perform Other Duties:
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the admissions team and College objectives. Requirements /
