Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Associates degree and enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, bachelor's degree preferred not required.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in the designated field
- Excellent communications and customer service skills, and ability to work well with others
- Must be detail and goal oriented
- Must be able to work with a diverse employee population
- Travel, valid driver's license, and access to vehicle is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fundamental Responsibilities:
Interview and Evaluate Applicants:
Conduct interviews and tours to assess prospective students' needs, interests, qualifications, and motivations, ensuring alignment with school policies and regulations. Represent theCollege:
Provide accurate and ethical information about programs, tuition, and policies to prospective students, enrolled students, the business community, and high school officials. Guide theAdmissions Process:
Assist prospective students in completing their applications efficiently, verify admission criteria, and help finalize enrollment and start dates. Connect Students toResources:
Refer students to financial aid and VA services as appropriate.Maintain Relationships:
Consistently communicate with prospective and enrolled students, and engage with the business and high school communities.Campus Engagement:
Represent the school at open houses and recruitment events, attend student orientations and graduations, and participate in campus meetings and in-services.Foster Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with campus employees and management, and work effectively with other departments.Uphold Professionalism:
Maintain a professional image, attitude, and work area, embodying the Institute's mission and vision.Perform Other Duties:
