Job Description

Prestige Healthcare is in search for a highly motivated and passionate PRN Hospital Liaison to help us grow our census and our market awareness. Competitive Pay! PRN Weekend role! Currently seeking a PRN liaison for weekends to cover our four skilled nursing facilities in various parts of Delaware! This position is designed to support our weekend admission process. Work with hospital referral sources and discharge planners to review referrals, schedule admissions according to clinical capabilities, and coordinate admission with facilities. Assist with driving additional census on weekends to support the growing demand of our hospital partners. Seeking a self-starter with clinical and/or admission experience. The ideal candidate will use their existing relationships with our referral sources to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and build the Facility marketing plan and programs. In addition, provide the community with information relative to the Facility, its programs, services & practices through hosting community events.
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years successful Long Term Healthcare Marketing experience Excellent sales and relationship building skills Relationships with existing referral sources Results oriented Passion for a consumer-driven model of service
