Our hands-on, practical approach prepares students for rewarding careers as certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics, with campuses located in multiple cities to serve diverse communities. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and clarity.   • Candidates for this position must be of good moral character, have high integrity and be above reproach as an example to our students.
  • Admissions Representative Candidates play a crucial role in assessing prospective students' needs and interests while helping to guide all qualified prospects through the enrollment process from start to finish.
Admissions Representatives are obligated to work directly with National Aviation Academy's general business operations and its students, who are National Aviation Academy's customers and most important resource. Obligations also include the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of significance.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Positively represent the institution by acting as the first point of contact for potential students.
  • Seek to study and integrate relevant career information, including but not limited to role-playing with supervisors and peers. Inform each prospect career dynamics, and aviation sector vitality.
  • Provide tours and information sessions of the classrooms and hangar facility.
  • Assist prospects in determining if our programs and the aviation industry are a good fit. Evaluation will be done subjectively, through personal interviews, and objectively via a formal entrance examination. Adjunct staff may assist with the examination process. Provide continuous follow-up with prospects to assist in any needs that may arise.
  • Utilize approved company materials during the interview process and conduct interviews according to the stated policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with all assigned prospect inquiries as appropriate with telephone, email, text, and in-person contact, emphasizing appointment-setting leading to a formal interview.
  • Guide school applicants through the application and admission process by helping them to assess their skills, education, and career goals.
  • Enroll and start prospects into the best programs for the individual. Offer and match the benefits and advantages of NAA to the student's needs. Discuss and advise suitable programs by the students' desires, qualifications, and objectives.
  • Produce personally developed leads and referrals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed all goals assigned, including phone calls, appointments, and interviews that contribute to the team start goals.
  • Attend and assist with all campus events such as Orientation, Open Houses and Graduations.
  • Attend and assist with community, recruitment and outreach events.
  • Attend all required team and company training and information meetings.
  • Assist students with information in a compliant manner under school policies. Ensure a positive work environment that puts the student's needs first while fostering a team-oriented approach in coordinating student needs with other departments.
  • Adhere to the company Admissions Code of Ethics, policies, procedures and work within federal and state regulations.
  • Adhere to all position relevant policies and procedures as specified in the employee handbook
  • Honor all requests made by supervisors deemed necessary to National Aviation Academy.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required Post-Secondary Degree preferred
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Basic understanding of the Internet
  • A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' Admissions experience required
Pay:
$50,000.00
