Utilize Ellucian (a widely used student information system) to manage applicant data, track communications, and streamline the admissions workflow efficiently. Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to provide accurate information about programs, prerequisites, and academic pathways. Assist students throughout the application process by providing guidance on documentation, deadlines, and financial aid options. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote the institution's offerings. Maintain detailed records of interactions, application statuses, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless admissions experience. Experience Proven experience in public speaking or presenting to diverse audiences with confidence and clarity. Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is highly desirable. Background in education administration or working within a university environment is preferred. Experience in recruiting or working directly with students enhances your ability to connect authentically.
