Full-Time Job Summary:
The Admission Officer is responsible for assisting prospective students through the admissions process, responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing applicant records, and providing clear guidance on enrollment steps. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective students and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective students Guide applicants through admissions requirements and enrollment steps Schedule interviews, campus visits, orientations, and follow-up appointments Assist with document collection, application review, and student file organization Provide basic information regarding tuition, payment options, and financial aid support Maintain accurate admissions records and data entry Follow up with leads and applicants in a timely and professional manner Support admissions events and general front-office operations
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher preferred Previous experience working in a school, college, training center, or academic office preferred Knowledge of admissions processes and financial aid support is an advantage Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong scheduling, customer service, and organizational abilities Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
