Job Description

Lacon RehabNursing is seeking an experienced Admissions Clinical Liaison for a full-time position. The Admissions Clinical Liaison plays a key role in the admissions process by completing clinical intake evaluations, reviewing patient histories, coordinating insurance and authorization needs, and clinically approving admissions for post-acute care services.
Responsibilities:
Complete admission and intake assessments Review medical records and patient histories Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations Coordinate admissions with hospitals, families, and care teams Ensure required admission documentation is completed Support census growth and admissions workflow
Qualifications:
Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred Knowledge of post-acute care, skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, or rehabilitation settings Strong communication and organizational skills CNA background with admissions or insurance experience encouraged to apply
CompensationBenefits:
