Engagement events and 24/7 chaplain counseling for emotional/spiritual support Key Responsibilities The primary function of this position is to contact via telephone, potential residents identified in the existing lead bank to generate appointments. Set initial and subsequent appointments with potential residents Make persuasive presentations that encourage prospective residents to make the decision to move to the community. Work with sales and marketing staff to exceed quotas and meet or exceed Goals (see Incentives and Goals). Respond in a timely and effective way to all inquiries for information, tours and residency. Follow established procedures for inquiries/lead sharing, admissions, and assignment of residences. Qualifications & Skills Five or more years of sales experience. Experience in senior living a plus Bachelor's degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred.
