Job Description

AdmissionsMarketing Liaison We are seeking a full-time AdmissionsMarketing Liaison to support admissions, referral development, and census growth for two skilled nursing facilities located in Monmouth and Mercer, Illinois. This position serves as a key liaison between hospitals, healthcare providers, residents, and families while helping coordinate admissions and strengthen referral relationships throughout the local healthcare community. Responsibilities Meet with prospective residents and families to discuss care needs and available services Conduct facility tours and guide families through the admissions process Coordinate admissions paperwork, clinical information, and communication with referral sources Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community referral partners Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions of care Maintain accurate admissions documentation and records Provide follow-up support to residents and families after admission Qualifications Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, healthcare marketing, admissions, social services, or a related healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of post-acute care and rehabilitation services preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CompensationBenefits Salary:
