Job Description

Marketing Associate Oak Grove | Greencroft Communities DeMotte, IN | Full-Time | Salaried Make a Difference Every Day Oak Grove, part of the nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Marketing Associate to help older adults and their families navigate senior living and healthcare options. This role combines relationship-building, healthcare admissions, and community outreach to support growth in our rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and assisted living services. What You'll Do Build relationships with prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources. Generate and follow up on leads to support occupancy and census goals. Conduct tours and explain available services, care options, and costs. Coordinate admissions, move-ins, and resident transitions. Complete clinical assessments for rehabilitation and skilled nursing admissions. Represent Oak Grove at community events and outreach activities. Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing and sales strategies. What We're Looking For Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, discharge planning, case management, or senior living. Experience working with older adults in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Knowledge of Medicare and skilled nursing services preferred. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends. Why Oak Grove?
