The position has the ability to work at any of our campus locations- Licking Valley, Maysville, Mount Sterling, or Rowan. This position supports the implementation of recruitment plans, organizes events, works with staff and student/alumni volunteers, evaluates admissions applications and represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. This is not a remote position.

Job Duties:

Schedule and conduct recruitment and outreach visits in assigned schools and counties in the MCTC service area. Manage data within the new CRM system (including text, email, and phone communications) to ensure consistent and direct engagement with leads and tracking of all recruitment/outreach visits. Partner with Academics, Admissions, Recruiting, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Marketing in coordinating both on-campus and off-campus college visits, events, and outreach campaigns. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with K-12 institutions, business and industry partners, and community stakeholders. Support the Enrollment & Student Services department by providing coverage and assisting with student walk-in inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
