  • Job Description:
  • Join our team as a dedicated and compassionate Hospital Marketer at our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing our facility's census and referral base through proactive sales and community engagement efforts.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outside sales calls to hospitals, medical professionals, senior organizations, and community groups to promote our services and educate on bed availability.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive admissions and meet the needs of the community. Intake information from referrals and clients in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless admission process. Collaborate closely with the DON and Administrator to facilitate timely admissions decisions. Train and coordinate in-house staff on admissions processes and serve as a resource for inquiries and tours. Stay informed about federal and state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and managed care referral processes. Monitor inquiry and admission trends to support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Maintain a database of medical contacts and community resources, keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory issues. Assist in developing facility marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and advertisements.
  • Qualifications:
  • Preferably have sales and SNF community relations experience, particularly in SNF healthcare settings.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation. Familiarity healthcare referral processes. Proficiency in computer skills relevant to the role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate sales responsibilities.
