About Us Body In Mind Massage Institute is a New Jersey approved private career school focused on preparing students for successful careers as Licensed Massage Therapists. We are a growing, performance-driven organization looking for a results-oriented Admissions Counselor who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about helping people make life-changing career decisions. Position Overview This is a high-performance administrative admissions role where you will: Build relationships Guide prospects through major life decisions Drive enrollment outcomes You will manage a pipeline of prospective students and are responsible for converting inquiries into enrolled students through consultative conversations, tours, and consistent follow-up . What You'll Do Sales & Enrollment (Primary Focus) Own and manage a pipeline of prospective students from inquiry to enrollment Respond to leads quickly and consistently (phone, text, email) Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours with confidence and professionalism Build strong rapport and uncover each prospect's motivations and goals Present program value, schedules, and financial options in a clear, compelling way Ask for the commitment and confidently guide prospects through enrollment Follow up persistently to move prospects through the decision-making process Pipeline Management & Execution Maintain accurate and organized CRM records (Client Runway) Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion progress Stay accountable to performance metrics and enrollment goals Manage time effectively to prioritize high-impact activities What We're Looking For Proven ability to influence decisions and close (sales, admissions, recruiting, or similar experience preferred) Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in person Ability to build trust quickly and guide emotional decision-making Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment CRM experience is a plus What Success Looks Like Fast response time to new leads High tour scheduling and show rates Strong follow-up consistency Conversion of tours into enrolled students Accurate pipeline management Work Schedule Full-time, in-person position Schedule rotates: M/W/F 10-6PM and
TU/TH 12-8PM
then M/W/SAT 10-6PM andTU/TH 12-8PM
Weekend availability required for tours and open house events This schedule is designed to connect with prospective students when they are most available.
