About Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College is an innovative program within Santa Fe South Charter Schools located on the campus of Oklahoma City Community College. Pathways is an Oklahoma Blue Ribbon School and a top 5% high school in Oklahoma. Through our Early/Middle College model, students can earn up to an associate's degree before high school graduation—at no cost. In 2025, 76% of graduates earned an associate's degree, far exceeding the national average of 23%. Our students consistently outperform state averages in ELA, math, and science. Position Summary The Concurrent Liaison serves as a critical bridge between Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College, its students, families, and partner colleges. This role supports student success within the concurrent enrollment program by managing enrollment processes, monitoring academic performance and attendance, maintaining records, and serving as a key communication link between students, families, school leadership, and higher education partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, student-centered, and skilled at building relationships while managing complex systems and deadlines. Core Responsibilities Concurrent Enrollment & Academic Monitoring Support students through concurrent enrollment processes, including college applications, placement testing, course registration, and required documentation. Monitor student academic performance in concurrent courses, including regular review of grades and progress data. Track daily attendance and participation in college coursework. Identify students experiencing academic or attendance concerns and proactively support intervention efforts. Student Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for students navigating concurrent coursework, college systems, expectations, and deadlines. Communicate regularly with students, families, Student Deans, and school leadership regarding academic progress, attendance concerns, and needed supports. Help students develop organizational skills, self-advocacy, and confidence within the college environment. Collaboration & Coordination Partner closely with Pathways leadership and counseling staff to ensure concurrent coursework aligns with graduation requirements and student academic plans. Collaborate with college partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless student experiences. Participate in problem-solving and intervention planning for students needing additional academic or behavioral support. Administrative & Campus Support Maintain accurate, confidential student records, enrollment documentation, transcripts, and related files. Support daily school operations, including campus supervision responsibilities such as lunch duty, transitions, or student monitoring. Assist with additional administrative or student support responsibilities as assigned to meet campus needs. Qualifications Required High school diploma required Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, systems, and competing priorities. Proficiency with technology, including spreadsheets, student information systems, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling student information. Preferred Experience working in a school, college access, advising, counseling, or student support setting. Experience supporting adolescents or young adults in academic planning or student success initiatives. Familiarity with concurrent enrollment, higher education systems, or college readiness programming.
