The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month Admissions Counselor , reporting to Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions. Participates in recruitment activities and projects.
Essential Functions Duties:
Travel and recruit across the northeastern United States, with focused attention on Eastern PA, New Jersey, and the DC area. Interview prospective students, review applications, and provide personalized guidance throughout the admissions process. Counsel and follow up with first-year and transfer students interested in enrolling at Pitt-Bradford. Represent the University at college fairs, high school visits, and campus events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; preference given to Pitt-Bradford alumni Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience managing a travel budget or related administrative responsibilities is helpful. A genuine enthusiasm for working with students - a sense of humor and a strong work ethic go a long way here. Physical Effort Moderate phys-cal effort required. May be required to stand/move for several hours at a time. May be required to move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.
