SETON HILL UNIVERSITY POSITION
Graduate Assistant - Admissions (Part-Time, 20 hours/week)PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support recruitment and enrollment efforts by delivering a high-quality campus visit experience and engaging prospective students throughout the admissions process.QUALIFICATION FOR POSITION
: Candidates must be accepted into Seton Hill's MBA or Education graduate program and hold a bachelor's degree; strong customer service experience is preferred. This position supports recruitment and enrollment efforts by delivering a high-quality campus visit experience and engaging prospective students and families throughout the admissions process. Graduate Assistants work up to 20 hours per week and receive tuition scholarship and paid an hourly rate for hours worked. Applicants should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience scheduling or managing calendars, along with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to multitask, engage professionally with prospective students and families, and work evenings and weekends as needed is required.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the coordination and execution of campus visit experiences, including scheduling tours, interviews, faculty meetings, and athletic appointments Assist with visit logistics and daily operations within the Welcome Center, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Provide campus tours, presentations, and admissions interviews for prospective students and families Communicate information about academic programs, campus life, and the admissions process Support follow-up communication (email, phone, text) to encourage continued engagement and enrollment progression Maintain accurate records of student interactions and visit data within the CRM system (e.g., Slate) and assist with tracking and reporting Collaborate with admissions staff and student ambassadors to support recruitment efforts and ensure smooth operations Represent Seton Hill University in a positive and professional manner at all times Perform other duties as assigned by the Admissions Events & Campus Experience Coordinator and Associate Director of Admissions Required applicant materials include: Cover Letter, Resume.
