THE ROLE

The Admissions Representative is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey - from initial inquiry to enrollment. This is a relationship-focused, performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing guidance, and helping individuals take the first step toward a career in the beauty industry.

You will:

Connect with prospective students and provide information about our programs and career opportunities Conduct school tours and admissions appointments with prospective students and their families Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process Follow up with inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospective students Attend select high school career fairs and recruitment events Maintain organized records and manage admissions pipelines Meet and exceed enrollment goals

You are:

Confident and personable with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups Motivated by goals and performance metrics Organized and detail-oriented Skilled at building trust and guiding people through decisions Experience in admissions, customer service, recruiting, sales, or education is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Based at our Philadelphia campuses in Queen Village and University City.

Schedule:

5 days per week with some occasional evenings, and possibly Saturdays. This role requires reliable transportation for high school fairs and recruitment events.
