THE ROLE

The Admissions Representative is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey - from initial inquiry to enrollment. This is a relationship-focused, goal-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing guidance, and helping individuals pursue a career in the beauty industry. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build trust with prospective students and their families.

You will:

Connect with prospective students and provide information about our programs and career opportunities Conduct campus tours and admissions appointments with prospective students and their families Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process Follow up with inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospective students Manage leads and maintain accurate records in our admissions system Attend select high school career fairs and recruitment events Meet and exceed enrollment goals

You are:

Confident and personable with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups Motivated by goals and performance metrics, and results Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Skilled at building trust and guiding people through decisions Experience in admissions, enrollment, customer service, recruiting, sales, education, or relationship-based consulting is strongly preferred.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Based at our Philadelphia campuses in Queen Village and University City.

Schedule:

Five days per week with some occasional evenings. Saturday availability is required. Reliable transportation is required for occasional high school fairs and recruitment events.
