As an Admissions Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition into our community.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the admission process for new residents, including scheduling assessments, gathering necessary paperwork, and facilitating communication between residents, families, and healthcare professionals Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to admission Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and other care providers, to obtain necessary information and support for new admissions Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of admissions, transfers, and discharges Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and activities, to ensure a seamless transition for new residents Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote best practices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Previous experience in healthcare administration, admissions, or customer service strongly preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software systems
