Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Admission Liaison to serve as the vital link between our non-medical homecare agency and the community in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will drive outreach efforts, foster relationships with potential clients and referral sources, and ensure a seamless admission process. Your energetic approach will help elevate our agency's visibility, attract new clients, and support our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality homecare services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your marketing and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a performance based role perfect for someone who is well connected, self motivated, and wants uncapped income with flexibility. Responsibilities Help clients get started with services (intake + coordination with care team) Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, communities, and senior networks Generate qualified client referrals for home care services Meet with families to guide them through the admission process Represent our agency at community events, networking groups, and local outreach opportunities Maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources
