Job Description
Market Liaison - Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care Memphis, TN Full-Time Champion Care is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Market Liaison to support our skilled nursing and post-acute care centers in the Memphis market. This role is responsible for building strong hospital partnerships, supporting admissions growth, and coordinating smooth transitions of care from hospital to skilled nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare admissions, case management, business development, or healthcare marketing who enjoys relationship-building and making an impact on both patient outcomes and facility growth.
