Job Description

The Reserve at Spring Hill, part of the HutsonWood family, is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Clinical Liasion to join our team. If you enjoy building community connections, helping seniors and families navigate care options, and driving occupancy growth through exceptional service, we would love to hear from you. At HutsonWood, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for residents, families, and referral partners. What You'll Do As the Clinical Liasion, you will play a key role in supporting occupancy growth and managing the admissions process for our community.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage admissions, pre-admissions, and census development activities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, senior organizations, and community partners Conduct outreach and networking activities to generate leads and increase occupancy Assist residents and families through the move-in and transition process Monitor census goals and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies Maintain accurate admissions, referral, discharge, and census documentation Visit referral sources and comparable communities to stay informed on market trends Help coordinate community outreach events, presentations, and educational programs Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and community contacts Support a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Sales, admissions, healthcare, senior living, marketing, or customer service experience preferred Compassionate and service-focused attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Meets state and federal requirements Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, senior living, or related field is a plus Why Join The Reserve at Spring Hill?
