Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and building meaningful relationships? We're looking for a friendly, motivated Admissions Director to be the welcoming face of our facility. In this role, you'll help guide residents and their families through the admissions process while building strong partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and the community to help our facility continue to grow.
What You'll Do:
Welcome prospective residents and families, providing tours and answering questions about our services. Coordinate the admissions process from referral through move-in, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners. Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate and timely admissions. Help grow our census by identifying new referral opportunities and participating in community outreach. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations. Represent our facility with professionalism, compassion, and outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in admissions, marketing, healthcare, or long-term care is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive attitude with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional community outreach.
