The Opportunity The Admissions Representative is responsible for guiding prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process for Tradecraft's skilled trades programs. This role focuses on building strong connections, identifying each individual's goals, and helping them take action toward a career in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing. The ideal candidate is driven, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, text, and follow-up communication Lead structured conversations to understand each student's goals, motivations, and potential barriers Present program information, career outcomes, schedule, and expectations with clarity and confidence Guide prospective students through the full admissions process, including application, enrollment steps, and next actions Conduct phone interviews and in-person or virtual appointments as needed Maintain consistent follow-up to move students forward and reduce no-shows or drop-off Meet and exceed enrollment goals while maintaining a high-quality student experience Accurately track all activity, notes, and pipeline stages within the CRM Participate in open houses, events, and outreach efforts to generate and convert leads Build trust with prospective students while creating urgency and helping them make informed decisions What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, consultative sales, recruiting, account management, insurance sales, workforce development, career advising, or other relationship-based roles. Proven ability to build trust, manage a pipeline, and achieve performance goals required. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse student populations. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM or student information systems, and MS Office/Google Suite. Preferred Prior experience in vocational/trade school or higher education admissions. Familiarity with compliance and accreditation requirements in education. Experience working with CRM platforms and managing lead pipelines. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Experience presenting to individuals or groups and guiding people through decision-making processes. Experience with event participation, community outreach, or relationship-building activities.
