Admissions Advisor at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture! Tricoci University is seeking a motivated and personable Admissions Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting the educational opportunities at our university. With multiple campuses throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, we offer comprehensive programs designed to prepare students for successful careers in the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities Communicate proactively with prospective students through phone, email, and social media. Conduct interviews to understand students' goals and recommend appropriate programs. Provide detailed information on admissions processes, program offerings, and financial aid options. Assist students with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with admission requirements. Manage prospective student records and track progress through the admissions funnel. Coordinate with Financial Aid and other departments to facilitate student support. Participate in outreach activities, including recruitment events and community partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with local high schools and community organizations. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admissions-related roles preferred. Knowledge of or interest in the beauty industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using technology and CRM software. Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build lasting relationships. Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach. Apply for this job
