Minimum Qualifications One of the following: Bachelor's degree in social work Master's degree in social work 2 of the most recent 4 years' experience performing social work duties in an acute care setting Licensure, Registration, Certification One of the following: Licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) Licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
