A facility near Chinle, New Mexico is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join their team! See below for more details.
Salary:
$82,000-$118,000, DOE $50,000 Sign On Bonus Available!
Social Worker Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
Social Worker Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW or LCSW) Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
