Pay:
$26.40 - $29.04/hour (DOE) ✨
Schedule:
On-Call, as needed only . Possible shifts include Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( evenings/weekends and some holidays) ✨
What You'll Do:
Provide social services & emotional support to residents & families Assist with adjustments, ongoing care & discharge planning Collaborate with healthcare staff & community resources ✨
What You'll Need:
Demonstrate knowledge of social work theory and techniques and understanding of emotional and physical problems of the elderly and family members. Knowledge of psychosocial theory and medical terminology desired. Possess exceptional skills in organizing and keeping track of details and documentation. Basic computer and data entry skills. Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card ✨
