Position Overview We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible Social Worker/Therapist to join our ADULT Unit as a Patient Care Manager (PCM) at our East facility. This is a full-time position working primarily with adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about working with youth, and values teamwork and quality patient care. Schedule Full-time Sunday- Thursday or Tues-Saturday 8a to 4p Some flexibility with hours based on department needs Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate care for an assigned adolescent patient caseload Provide group therapy and psychoeducation Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Participate in utilization review processes Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and obtain fingerprint clearance
Preferred:
