Job Description
Job Summary Jada Systems are seeking to fill a role with one of our clients in Alhambra for a detail-oriented social worker/case manager Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Review applications and determine eligibility for rental assistance programs Calculate income to determine rental portion for program participants Review leases and execute contracts with property owners Review and process Annual Reexaminations for program participants Manage intake logs Assist with walk-in lobby visits Assist with responding to general program emails Minimum Requirements Experience reviewing applications and determining eligibility for housing or public assistance programs Ability to calculate household income and apply program eligibility criteria Experience reviewing leases, contracts, or program documentation Experience conducting recertifications or case reviews Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain intake logs and case records Proficiency in Microsoft Office or case management systems Strong customer service and communication skills, including assisting walk-in clients and responding to emails
