Summary Under the guidance of the FARE Program Manager, this position coordinates and facilitates Child Family Team meetings (CFTM), Quality Care Mapping meetings, and Family Connection Meetings for families involved with Children Services Division in Butte County. The purpose of these meetings is to provide a safe and empowering environment for families to become engaged in the development of plans for their family. The CFTM's are also informed by the CANS assessment. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred. At least 3 years experience in related field preferred Possess and maintain valid California Driver's License and auto insurance The base pay for Facilitator is $20.00 to $28.00 an hour, additional individual compensation may be available.
