Psychiatric Social Worker

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Social Worker to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing a caseload of 20-25 individuals, primarily adults, and providing support in housing establishment, 1:1 therapy, case management, assessments, and family work if children are involved. The role is held to a quota of 35 billable hours per week, which can include a variety of service types such as therapy and consultation.

Responsibilities / Job

Duties Manage caseload: 20-25 individuals, primarily adults aged 18-64. Assist clients in establishing and maintaining housing. Conduct 1:1 therapy and provide case management support. Perform assessments and work with families when children are involved. Ensure timely documentation within 72 business hours, or 24 hours in crisis situations. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements Education Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Must be ACSW, AMFT, or APCC and BBS Registered. Qualifications Comfortable working in moderate to severe settings.
