Job Description
Coordinates and supervises the safety and well-being of children placed in certified foster homes. Provides individualized professional case management planning and services to program clients to promote their social and emotional stability and well-being as well as to enhance their educational growth and development. Provide training, assistance and support to foster parents to ensure they have knowledge and resources to afford quality care. Serves as a liaison to coordinate care and obtain identified service needs through other social service providers and agencies. The ability to provide culturally relevant services and supports for children, non-minor dependents and families. All services should be delivered through a trauma informed and focused lens. Training will be focused in the areas of cultural awareness and trauma informed care at orientation and will be provided annually as in service trainings.
