Responsibilities As the Supervisor Social Worker, Special Services, you will help the manager plan, organize and direct the Social Work Special Services department. In this role, you will supervise a team of 10 social workers and oversee daily patient care operations. You have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS across Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties. You will help create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients receive confidential, comprehensive medical care, case management, free rapid HIV testing, risk‑reduction counseling, and assistance accessing needed medications. You are ready to guide the clinic through assignments, scheduling, evaluations, and patient flow. And to inspire team building, communication, and conflict management skills. Since this clinic is grant-supported, budget support and meeting financial and operational goals are priorities. Qualifications Education & Experience Master's degree in social work (MSW) required 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting required Licenses and Certifications State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
