  • + •Full 2026-2027 school year•+ •School-based schedule (hours aligned with district needs)•Compensation•+ •Starting at•$40 per hour (DOE)•Position Overview•Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a•Bilingual Associate Therapist (ACSW or AMFT)•to support a school district in the Jurupa/Riverside area for the full 2026-2027 school year.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • + •Engage and support parents and caregivers through a school-based parent involvement and community outreach program•+ •Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and community organizations•+ •Provide outreach, brief counseling support, case management, and referrals to community resources•+ •Facilitate parent workshops, meetings, and educational sessions in•English and Spanish•+ •Support family engagement initiatives and attendance improvement efforts•+ •Assist families in navigating school systems, mental health resources, and social services•+ •Collaborate with administrators, counselors, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams•+ •Maintain accurate documentation, service notes, and program reports•+ •Participate in SST, IEP, and family support meetings as appropriate•+ •Utilize culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices•Minimum Requirements•+ •Active California registration as either:•+ •Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)•OR•+ •Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT)•+ •Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) - required•+ •Experience with family engagement, parent involvement, or community outreach programs preferred•+ •School-based, nonprofit, or community mental health experience strongly preferred•+ •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills•+ •Ability to work effectively with diverse populations•+ •Reliable transportation for travel between sites, if needed•+ •Availability for the full•2026-2027 school year•Benefits•At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs •Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
