Our program supports young adults, including pregnant and parenting youth, in a remote-site housing model focused on stability, personal growth, independent living, and long-term success. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new program and make a meaningful impact in the lives of transition-age youth. Responsibilities Provide supervision and guidance to social work staff Review case notes, documentation, and service plans Support crisis intervention and problem-solving Assist with Independent Living Skills (ILS) services and participant support Ensure compliance with Title 22 and
