Expand Your Clinical Expertise As part of your professional development, you'll become 5150 certified , enhancing your knowledge and skills in crisis assessment, involuntary holds, and behavioral health emergency response. What You'll Do As the Licensed Team Lead, you will: Lead the daily operations of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and coaching. Complete behavioral health assessments and determine the appropriate level of care. Coordinate services with internal departments and external providers. Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical excellence. Assist with program development and implementation of new services. Build relationships with community partners that improve access to care. Foster a culture of recovery, compassion, accountability, and innovation. Participate in a structured on-call rotation to support program operations. Required Qualifications:
Current unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC recognized by the CA state licensing board. One year of behavioral health or mental health experience. One year of supervisory experience or the ability to complete supervisory training within six months. Passion for person-centered, recovery-focused care. Demonstrated commitment to cultural humility and serving diverse communities. CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification upon hire or within 60 days. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Willingness to travel locally using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate). Compensation:
$5,000 Sign on Bonus $86,328.59 - $126,000 annually Telecare applies geographic differentials based on the location where the work is performed.
